Welcome to ProBotX.

By accessing or using the ProBotX platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the platform.

Scope of the Platform

ProBotX provides a digital platform that enables healthcare providers to manage appointments, patient records, prescriptions, and telemedicine consultations.

ProBotX acts solely as a technology facilitator and does not provide medical advice or healthcare services directly.

All clinical decisions, diagnoses, treatments, and prescriptions are the sole responsibility of the registered medical practitioner providing the consultation.

Eligibility

Patients

Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account. For minors, a parent or legal guardian must manage the account and participate in consultations.

Healthcare Providers

Doctors using the platform must be registered medical practitioners holding valid medical registration as required by applicable laws in India.

Identity Verification

Telemedicine consultations conducted through the platform must not be anonymous.

Healthcare providers may request verification of patient identity, including name, age, contact information, or identification documents where required.

Modes of Consultation

Consultations on the platform may occur through video, audio, or text communication.

Healthcare providers may determine the most appropriate consultation mode and may recommend in-person consultations when clinically necessary.

Emergency Situations

The ProBotX platform is not intended for emergency medical situations.

If a user experiences a medical emergency, they should immediately contact local emergency services or visit the nearest healthcare facility.

Prescriptions

Healthcare providers may issue electronic prescriptions through the platform after conducting appropriate assessment and diagnosis.

Prescriptions will include the doctor's registration number and may be shared digitally with the patient.

Certain medicines restricted under applicable laws may not be prescribed through telemedicine consultations.

Payments

Where applicable, consultation fees may be charged for services provided by healthcare providers.

Payments made through the platform may be processed through authorized payment gateways.

Refund and cancellation policies will be communicated during appointment booking where applicable.

Acceptable Use

Users agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to:

  • Providing false information
  • Impersonating another person
  • Uploading unlawful or harmful content
  • Attempting to disrupt or compromise platform functionality
  • Using the platform for emergencies or illegal activities

Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

ProBotX provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, ProBotX shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
